Guest Frank280z Posted June 2, 2000 Share Posted June 2, 2000 Hey guys, Need some help. A friend of mine replaced the stock distr in the 240 with a Mallory dual point. This worked great for about a month then all of the sudden started to cut out after a couple runs. It idles fine. But when he takes off; tries to take off. It cuts out like mad. Any suggestions?? I checked out a conv kit to electronic breakerless.$170. Already has over 2 in the distr. alone. I know nothing about these distr. Could it be the condenser already?
