need headwork and aftermarket cam advice

I have a spair p90 head laying around and am thinking about sending it off to get worked and stuff. Need advice on what all to have done to it to get the best gains from it and also need recomendation on who to send it to. ALso, I want to get a nice cam to go with it.....not all that worried about a nice idle or anything like that....car is not a daily driver anyway. The car is a 280z with a L28T motor, to4e turbo, huge intercooler, blah blah blah.

1978 280z with 280zx turbo motor. Big turbo, big intercooler, and alotta boost.

1984 300zx turbo....little turbo, no intercooler, and some boost....13.96 @ 98.9
