I would check your TPS at idle to see if it's within spec. and throttle stop to make sure the throttle blade it's not open too wide . Vandergriff84 Posted April 18, 2013 Author Share Posted April 18, 2013 I have been all over the car looking for vacuum leaks and I get know change in idle except for the very back side of the intake plenum flange it idles lower or rougher when I spray there. It is my understanding that spraying carb cleaner will make it rev when sprayed near a leak. I hear a whistling sound slightly and when I rev the engine it gets a little louder.
