tbigj007
I am having trouble getting my speedometer to work in my 1990 300zx ls1 swap. I have the tach. the water temp and oil pressure gauges working. I searched for this in the forums but did not see anything. Any help appreciated.

tbigj007
I actually have the dakota digital box but don't know what type of signal and pin on back of cluster to put it on. I looked at the wiring diagram and there are 4 wires for speedo. Does it need hal effect or ac or dc, pretty confusing.

86-Z31
Was it difficult to get your original gauges to work or something specific you had to buy? I'm in the process of ls swapping as well and want to use all my original gauges, what exactly did you do to make them work if you don't mind me asking?
