MichelleR Posted November 27, 2013 Share Posted November 27, 2013 (edited) Hi, Recently freind of mine had a shop replace his stock studs with longer studs to put aftermarket wheels to on his 81 280ZX and an inexperienced mechanic over tightend his front left hub and ruined the wheel bearings and spindle. He purchased a used spindle at a salvage yard but the lower strut tower is attached the spindle, can the strut tower be removed from the spindle assembly? My service manual does not list the procedure nor can i find any info on this elsewhere. Thanks.....
