Qcsfinest280z
I have been trying to comb through my 77 280z and I noticed these. Does anyone have any idea what these should go to?
jeremy93ls
The second pic looks like you're pointing to the 'temperature sensor' wire and 'temperature gauge' wire. Check this page for better pics: http://atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/tempsensorpot/index.html Those are some funky fuel injector wires, huh? Qcsfinest280z
Will the thermo time wires or water temp sensor wires keep the engine from starting? It cranks fine just can't get it to start.
Pharaohabq
It looks like they replaced all the injector plugs. Those wires look like they're to the injectors. The L28 system works by it Grounding each of the injectors as the engine turns completing the circuits so the injectors would fire. Who knows if they did it right or not, you'll have to look at the wiring diagrams to be sure. As for starting, Do you have Spark? Do you have Air? do you have Fuel? You need those things to make the motor go. When it cranks, do you smell gas? If you get starter fluid and spray it into the intake then crank the engine, does it try to run? These are the questions, you provide the answers, then we'll ask more.. Phar
