Domzs
Use a 2 part epoxy We'll see . Car sat outside for a week now , under a cover . Will know tomorrow . But we haven't had hot Texas temp. yet .
Domzs
Here are few night shots , not completely dark outside . It's hard to see the halos , too bright . With headlights on , can't even see them . They look better in person , too bright for the camera to pick up the halos .
88dangerdan
are the halos wired with head lights only , or could you hook them up to the running lights so they could be seen with head lights off

Phantom
Sorry - just can't resist - Told You So! You need an epoxy that adheres to glass and can handle 200 degrees.
Domzs
Thanks Phantom . . I'm going to use the same clear silicone adhesive that i used on my LED tail lights , strong and has very high temp rating . Just takes a little longer to cured . Domzs
3M makes some good products just for this. Nobody beats 3M when it comes to adhesive . I couldn't find any clear , in small tube .
texis30O
They have some. As I just got through looking for some for a set of lights. It is a 2 part that is clear, but you have to worry about UV light potentially fading it. It would be best to epoxy and paint if you are up to it. I don't have the numbers of the stuff we used, but it is a 3M product. It was up on a big chart at my local auto paint supplier, Tasco.... TimZ
FWIW, I found a 150mm COB halo that fit nicely _inside_ the headlight. I'm using the same headlight that Domzs is using, and carefully removed the glass cover and placed the halo inside, as the 150mm size was a pretty good fit for this: I used the grey "Right Stuff" adhesive to tack the halo in place and then seal the glass cover back up. Here's a couple more pics: Edited July 14, 2014 by TimZ
