Mack
is it possible to put VG30DETT rods onto an L series crankshaft? what needs to be done to them to make them fit? they are the right length that I need for my application, and with a .5mm overbore set of TT pistons, I'll have my 3.0 L6. Ah, the deisel block is a wonderous thing! long rod L6 here I come!~
yo2001
Exellent idea. I hope you get it working.
DAW
I think you'll find the rod large ends are too narrow for the L6, but the pistons may prove useful. Look into Z22E (E not S) 148.6mm rods to use in the LD28 block, or Z20E 152.45 mm rods. DAW
