JesseDeanZ
Hello, I am in the process of doing an rb25 in my 280z. From the turbo outlet to intercooler inlet and outlet its all roughly 2 3/4 inches but my throttle body is 90 mm and my concern is jumping up right at the throttlebody or outlet of the intercooler would possibly create a vortex so I am looking into options someone may have for something that gradually gets bigger to avoid a quick jump in size? Any input is very welcome. Thank you!!
johnc
Check SPD or Burns for an aluminum taper from 2.25 to 3.5. They usually sell them in 7, 12, 14, and 18 degree.

TimZ
Check SPD or Burns for an aluminum taper from 2.25 to 3.5. They usually sell them in 7, 12, 14, and 18 degree. If I recall correctly 7 degrees is the preferred taper to avoid turbulence when increasing pipe id.
