Guest Anonymous
How do you hook-up a tach on a 2002 2.0L Dodge Neon??? It has fuel injection and distributorless ignition. The tach is a regular 4-wire tach... will that work? Thanks in advance for any help. Jon
auxilary
no idea how to do it on a 2nd gen (2000 and up) neon, but here's the first...can't imagine wiring harnesses being too different... http://members.rogers.com/quirk/tach.html has good how to pics and examples. and I just scanned this wiring diagram from my haynes manual (mine's first generation neon, 94-99)
Guest Anonymous
Thanks Aux. We can't find a 2002 manual anywhere, we not in any store that is. I'm also assuming (hoping) the wiring can't be too different. At the very least it's a great start and I thank you very much. Jon
auxilary
2000 and 2002 would most likely have the exact same wiring diagrams, so I think you'd be safe getting a 2000 haynes manual. the only differences would be between the standard (ex/lx/stx) models and the acr/rt models. but i would assume the wiring would be 99% similar.
