Weber 40 DCOE Jet Sizing Help

So I bought my 240z with an L28 and Weber carbs in Colorado. I live in Ohio so that's a 5000 foot difference in elevation from there to here. When I got the car shipped here it didn't run but it did in Colorado, so I gave it more fuel and it ran. I got the car tuned correctly but it still runs rich, so I believe i need to get some new jets. This is what I have in it:

Idle jet: F8 55

Air corrector: 170

Emulsion tube: F11

Main jet: 125

Aux venturi: 45

Main venturi: 30

Not too sure what I need to adjust to lean out the mixture but still allow it to run. Also if anyone could give me some advice as to how to pull out a stuck main and aux venturi out that would be great. Thank you!

Shooting from the hip (experienced but one should always confirm the Weber charts), I think your venturis are too small, and this will give you a ton more air (and power capability).

You will likely run best with a 34mm for drivability unless you have a lot of money in your head and it flows really well (36mm if so).
