Guest DATTO Posted September 1, 2001 Share Posted September 1, 2001 hey guys well i have an l28 with e31 getting ready for p90a head swap and turbo. my question is i still want to use my 240 euro distributor with electronic ignition, is there any wire i need to connect to the computer? this is my first time with efi. i kinda dont want to replace with my distributor since its working well. do i have to use the zx dizzy or can i rig my 240 dizzy to work? thanks for all your help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest scca Posted September 2, 2001 Share Posted September 2, 2001 depends what year turbo and wiring you got.. if its a 81 you might be able to use it as the crank trigger for hte computer is separate.... but if its a 82-3 no way. the dist had the crank angle sensor inside it and needs to conncect to the computer.....
