NOS Door Skins Fitment

I picked up a set of NOS door skins. I was advised from a reputed poster on S30 life that parts number states they are late 260 and early 280 skins. I knew there was difference in mechanisms for the doors throughout the years but not the skins. 

 

With all that said does anyone have experience installing later models skins onto a 240?

 

Also, I wonder what the going rate is for a set of NOS skins.
