Guest Anonymous Posted August 29, 2002 Share Posted August 29, 2002 what the hell you talkin''bout?....do you have a watercooled i.c. or something?....a bypass/blowoff valve will vent the charge (or part of it) out....(the pressure on the throttleplate)...if the charge has water in it i'm sure that would blow out too....i would think it (the bypass valve)would rust if theres water in the charge...but i dont see what keeps the water to air coolers from rusting "everything" anyway...but apparently they dont?.....s Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am kind of curious what you are doing that you have water in the intake tract myself. There shouldn't be any in there since we all know water does not compress, which means if you have it in the intake tract and get enough of it into a cylinder, you are going to bend/break all sorts of stuff.
