clint78z Posted April 15, 2002 Share Posted April 15, 2002 I had a chance to get my car running fairly decent on the weekend. I discovered a couple of things I had a big intercooler piping leak. I also can't get the 370cc modded Merkur injectors to seal air tight. I made and adapter for the brake booster fitting on the manifold to hookup to an air line fitting. I pressurized the manifold and discovered the leaks. I pulled the caps off the tips of the injecors and used the yellow nylon washers to provide the seal am I doing something wrong??. Somehow I might have to find an o-ring to fit these to try and make a seal. Anyone else have these problems ?? After I got the major piping leak fixed she really started cooking with 4psi limited to 3800rpm for break in. Now it is much more responsive tuning with the DFI.
