Problem w/ Quarter Stick

I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, but I figure this is a pretty safe guess. Anyway, I was driving through a snow, icy parking lot tonight. It had snowed a few inches today so I couldn't see the only cement parking divider in the whole lot. I ran over it and got high-centered. bonk.gif A couple guys helped me out, but now my transmission is hard to shift. It is a TH-350 with a Hurst Quarter Stick Shifter. Between P, R, and N it is hard to push and makes kind of a grinding sound. 1, 2, and D shift fine however. It seems like what ever hooks the shifter to the tranny is bent. Am I at all on target? Is this repairable? Do I have to buy a whole new shifter?

Thanks
