the tach ,oil and water and park/dash lights dont work /the head lights and blinkers do!the top right /pass side fuse positions have no juice !!

been trcing wiring diagrams my face is blue any ideas?

ok all the fuses have juice but stll no tach,dash or park lights or oil or water gauge ??????????????????

ive traced evrything but no winners yet man i am frustrated !

are there any relays or switches that would affect all these at once ? a ground somewhere ??
