What to use on original dash??

I've got a 1972 240z that has the orginal dash and it has zero cracks!!

Car has been garaged since new, and I am continuing the orginal owner's good treatment.

My question is, what is the best preservative to put on the dash to help keep it pristine? I here that anything with lots of silicone is the best, but if anyone has any other input or brand names they have had success with, I'd appreciate the advice.

Thanks

And I have heard the exact opposite, that lots of silicone is NOT good. Personally, baby oil might be a very good thing to put on it; sounds crazy, but I have heard that the stuff is better then silicone-based chemicals. You could also try a place like Griots Garage and buy their plastic and rubber preservative (no silicone).

My $.02

not armor all!!! once i was told to use this stuff called 303 or something like that by my local interior guy and as davyz said baby oil helps replace oils in the rubber that are lost by the heat
