No, I did not lower the car but I started a 1971 240Z which was lower than the later Z's (by about an 1" I think) because it did not have to meet the bumper laws. Currently, both the front and rear measurement from the rocker panel to the floor is 7".

 

I used P205R70x15’s up front and P225R70x15’s on the rear. Be careful in the rear with the wheel opening. The mold seems to be off and there is less room in front of the right (passenger side) rear tire than there is on the left side.

 

So, do you have a V12 in it yet? :wink:
