two40
Would the manual come in handy for RHD cars or is it mainly for LHD cars? In what ways would it be useful for RHD if at all? Also, can their kit be used in any way for RHD cars? Cheers
two40
I just spoke to my mechanic and he basically said that everything should be the same bar the steering. Can anyone please confirm whether this kit can be used on RHD cars? Thanks?
Dan Juday
The JTR mounts (set-back plates and spacers) are asymetrical. They offset the motor about 3/4" to the right to clear the streering shaft. I'm sure all you would have to do is switch the mounts. Not being familiar with the RHD Z you may have other issues but I'm sure no more then you would have with any swap. Heck, it might be easier to route the heater hoses. Eric Neyerlin @ Zparts.com has both right and left hand cars. He does not have a V8 car but he may be able to help if you e-mail him.
