nullbound Posted March 27, 2003 Share Posted March 27, 2003 here's a nice how-to on building your own expanded metal grille: http://www.off-road.com/chevy/tech/customgrill/ you could follow a similar method to build your own. according to the article, you can buy expanded metal like what s30z and Glenn used for their grilles at your local sheet metal shop. you should be able to find it in the yellow pages.
