Guest Your Car is Slow Posted April 3, 2003 Share Posted April 3, 2003 Or even a part# So I have the mounts...and the JTR equip to mount the LT1....only thing left are the bolts...now given the size of these T shaped spacers...there is no way the stock bolts are going to work....so what do you guys use? dsommer Posted April 3, 2003 Share Posted April 3, 2003 Grade 5 bolts avaliable at your local hardware store. Take a measurment of the T spacer, setback plate and depth of the bolt hole. Add those measurements together viola. Remember to leave some room inside the block where the bolt screws in you only want it to go about 3/4's of the way into the block NOT 3/4" but 3/4 way into the hole. ds Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I went to the hardware store, I bought grade 8 bolts and had to use washers because I could not find the exact lengths I needed.
