Mudge Posted April 7, 2003 Share Posted April 7, 2003 It should be lopey yes, thats what rough "means" and anything with a powerband that kicks in heavier at 2500+ is a little racey for the street. Some of that stuff can be misleading though, if properly tuned a car should not surge, it should be relatively linear powerband, although there will always be a certain RPM range where it is a bit weak.
