Guest goldraven
i baught a 350 small block from my buddy to throw into my 280zx, he was using a 650cfm carb on it that broke, he suggested to put an 850cfm carb in it because he felt the 650 was dogging. just wondering what you guys think i should use taking into account money spent that turns into power gained. dmyntti
We need to know more specifics on the engine. A 650 cfm should be good for a mild 350. IMO An 850cfm seems awfully big unless it has trick heads, intake and cam in it.
Guest greimann
Check this link to Holley to see what they recommend: http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/TechServ/TechInfo/FMCTech3.html
Guest goldraven
that link helped alot, my engine is very mind so to speak. so a 650 should be plenty fine.
