Corzette
Well I finally got my lifter replaced and engine assembled. I am ready to drop it in. I put in my distributor with the rotor facing the number one piston, top dead center on the compression stroke..yada yada yada. My question is do I start with the number one plug wire on the post that is pointing toward the number one piston (same as the rotor ) and then work my way around clockwise 18436572? Someone please advise, I dont want to do this incorrectly. CorZette
Guest greimann
When viewed from the top, the rotation of the rotor is clockwise, so you are correct, the wires go on in the firing order clockwise.
