warrenp Posted May 22, 2003 Share Posted May 22, 2003 how do i tell if my ecu works? as red, azbum, jmbz, and probly other know's i have done a conversion. and put a vg30et in to my 1988 d21. and have never had the truck running with the new motor in it. i found where i'm gitting power to my ecu. but the lights don't light up. and i have tried 2 ecus. one from a turbo one from a non turbo. i just wanted to see if the light lit up. also the connection hooks to the positive side of the battery. it's red with and brown wire from the ecu. i found the red wire to the ecu. but no brown wire to be found? the red one i'm gitting power from. i havn't tested the brown one cuz i havn't found it. could some one tell me where it plugs in to the ecu?
