Guest comeandzpa
There is a 1986 300 ZX N/A near me for sale. Quick specs- 135K miles, 5 spd., interior is in great shape. The car has definately been run in local SCCA races- there are tags/stickers from races, and the current owner has a nice set of Bassett 15X8 rims w/ Toyo Proxes tires. I think that the front fenders have been flared slightly, but I dont know enough about the 300 ZX's to be sure. There is no rust, and the frame rails seem to be in pretty good condition. He is asking $2000 for the car. I have not talked to the owner yet, only his father. However, his dad said that he thinks that he still has the stock rims, as well as a few other extra parts (but he didnt know what kind of extra parts). So the question is, should I buy it? Obviously this is a choice I will have make myself, but I would like some info as to what things to be wary of on this car, as well as any questions I should ask the owner before I buy it. My current car is slowly deteriorating, and I do not have the income to fix it for much longer. Even though it was my first car, it may be time to say goodbye. Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
JKDGabe
As long as it really is rust free that sounds like a deal to me. Especially with the extras like the rims...
