Mike kZ
When you say "won't crank" , do you mean the engine is not turning over at all, or that the engine cranks, but won't start?
Guest bobnagga
you know that gas eats straight through silicone and duct tape, right? I know. I've tried it. But you may want to check and see if you got fuel pressure at the rails. That is, take the fuel line off where it turns into the injector rails and turn the key on. if the pump is working, you should hear it in the back of the car, and gas should pour all over. If you got gas, check the fuel pressure regulator. Check the injectors themselves... if it even has injectors. What kind of hybrid did you say it was? Did you put gas in it? maybe when you bought it, the guy failed to tell you that the guage doesn't work? Check the filters. Check the timing. Check the plugs, wires, cap & rotor. Just the basics. Guest bobnagga
oh, and if its a hybird, did the guy even bother to switch computers and wiring harness? If he didn't, there is no chance in hell that it will ever run unless you convert it back over to strictly mechanical.
