Z_Dust
One simple Q I have an F54 block in my 77z and just installed the 1980zx N47 head with MSA headers, along with a new aluminum fuel rail. I am using the 1980zx fuel pressure regulator but I'm not sure which side is the fuel-in, fuel-out. I assumed the IN side is the one with the bent tube so I mounted it that way. I checked for fuel return by disconecting the hose and sticking it into a plastic bottle but no fuel is comming out ??? I cranked the engine and to my amazement it started right away, no manifold leaks, sounds good, idles perfectly but no fuel return.
z-ya
The bent tube on teh bottom of the FPG is the return. The straight turbe entering the FPG from the side is the inlet (from the pump). The top tube (small one) is for manifold vaccume.
