Trevor
At the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, VA there is a showing of 12 Ferrari automobiles called "la bella machina - The Art of Ferrari" . The exhibit closes this weekend (7/20) so I drove down today. Here is a 250 GTO - Schwing! The also have pure race cars - a '32 Alfa, '52 Indy, '91 F1 cars, and Road cars - 275GTB NART Spyder looking very much like it inspired the Z-car. All the owner's data was listed as "Private Collection" and most of the registrations were for New York. I don't know if this is a one-time show or a travelling exhibit or - so watch for news at your local art museum.

zero
haha, now we can scavange ferrari's for mirrors. Surely it must be easier to find a 250gto in a junk yard, than a 240zg.
Jwink25
Yeah, 250 GTOs are a dime a dozen. And, you wouldn't catch me putting their crap on my Z. Jason
Jwink25
Seriously, that is a great looking car! Jason
Jwink25
But, not as great as the Z. Jason
Trevor
Yep know what ya mean about them GTOs. Ferrari could only sell 39, so he gave up building them. It must have been marketing failure. And then who would drive one? Some poor guy like Tony Wang or a drum player from some unknown band.... what was that name....hmmmm? Floyd Pink? or something like that
