So i am now working in LA, living in Santa Clarita, and on the weekends living in Phoenix. Nice to be working again but this comute sucks. At least i fly and not drive it. But if the housing market drops I'll just keep it as a rental. Might buy a fixer uper condo out here.. still overpriced(cheepest are 200K)!!
