Guest rick458
My 2 BBL chokes badly when rounding a corner or stopping hard is the float bowl level too high and causing a slosh over it also chokes on a launch (this is on a 305 chevy btw)
johnc
Usually this is an indication of a float level that's too low.
Guest rick458
are there any secrets to adjusting a 2BBL 2cv s level?
johnc
I haven't done one in years but I don't recall having to learn any secrets. You just flip the top over and measure to whatever point the carb manual says.
Guest rick458
I just adlusted the float up a hair and took her for a spin, NO bog after a hard stop, NO bog on a sharp turn, NO bog on a launch. I think tomorrow I will tweak the idle air screws out a tad, as she was pulling much harder with them open another 3/4 turn, but was really acting up on launch. thanks for the help guys 8)
