yahoo has some pretty terrible pic hosting, but it's free, and geocities is also free but has a gajillion popup ads, just remember, you could allways be paying for it.. :D

The big red circle is the CAGS or skip-shift, you can cut it out if it gets in the way or just leave it in. If you leave it in, it isn't gonna hurt you unless you put power to it, which I wouldn't do because it's a signal from the ECU taking readings from the VSS, etc. Anr more important, you just don't need it!

yeah, the old school (Pre LS1) t-56's have all the bolt holes that a regular SBC has. the LS1 version has one bolt hole on the passenger upper passenger side that is relocated to the very top of the case. aside from that, it could be a zf, or from a viper, or a regular old t-56 :D good luck, chances are, if it bolts it's probably a t-56, check out the write for the 6 speed install on the main page of this site. it's got some good t-56 pics.

No link yet.... I am somewhat documenting the damage I am doing to my 280! I am just starting to think about where I will get a site hosted. I am going to try to put something up soon so everyone can laugh at my welding!
