Sparky
so im on my roof today watching the blue angles perform, then it hits me! I should have my video camera! so i shoot down the ladder and grab the digicam, but i only got a high speed pass by a single plane! darn, maybe next time. its still pretty cool just how close to the ground they are. sometimes its good to live next to an airforce base. (right click and save as) AVI video, 1.58 MB http://www.fastercar.com/sparky/plane.avi enjoy. I just wish I would have caught some manuvers, they were on the same flight path as this single. BAH! Guest BigWhyteDude
hey sparky, i went to one of their shows in SC a few years ago and man was that a blast. I love watching the finest pilots in the world at work. The coolest thing they did at this show was a simulated napalm drop by an A-10 warthog. They set the gas off about a thousand yards down the runway and man we could feal the heat from it where we were!! It was great Andrew
CruxGNZ
BWD, Were you at Miramar? My buddy and I are making a DVD right now of when we were at Miramar a couple weeks ago. Bad@ss show! It's a must see if you are into airplanes and stuff. They get away with so much more than a regular air show. Sparky, You should see the barrel roll from takeoff at 50 feet with the landing gear down, it's all thrust baby!. The Blue Angles Rock! I could see if I can send that stuff to you. PM me if your interested. !M!

Grrrrrr....... but instead I took a break when I knew the angle where coming on and headed to my roof. not the best view, but it was still cool to see them so low and over all these houses in formation! Damn I should have gone that would be cool to see your video!
