Guest bastaad525
I know the chances of this are gonna be slim, but I was wondering if any of you guys that live near me (I'm in Northridge) and have a Gtech? I'm dying to try out one of these units and really see just how well they work, and possibly get an idea of how my car is running and how much power it's putting down at the same time. So if anyone would be at all interested, you have an opportunity to meet another Hybrid Z owner (always a good thing), we could hop in my car, hook up the Gtech and give it a whirl. Again... I know the chances are slim, but I figured it was worth a try to ask. *crosses fingers*

Guest bastaad525
Lucky guy maybe I can talk my g/f into one for x-mas?? YEAH RIGHT!! That'd be fine you're probably the only person anywhere near me who has one, so better in a month than not at all. Hopefully by then I have my I/C installed also, and by then you'll have a good idea if the Gtech is at least somewhat accurate.
Tim240z
Also, the more accurate the weight number, the better, so when the time comes, get a good scale number for your ride. Tim
Guest bastaad525
already got one, with 6 gallons in the car, my tools and jack, car weighs 2350lbs. And I'd rather just leave my weight undisclosed

Guest bastaad525
ROFL yeah... though I've probably lost some weight since the turbo swap... all the sweating I've done, constantly working under the hood, plus the few times that the car has really scared the s**t outta me gotta be worth a few pounds! Before the swap it was closer to 2280-2300lbs. The truck scale I go to rounds off to the nearest 20lbs... I said 2350 for the current weight because when it sat on the scale the readout would not settle... kept bouncing between 2340 and 2360. There is more junk in the car now too than there was last time I weighed it. I could be wrong about the amount of fuel too, my fuel gauge isn't super accurate... it read a little over 1/4 tank when I weighed it. Its the old version, not the Pro Comp. I'm thinking of getting on myself. If I do buy it and like it, u can borrow it; and if I buy it and hate it; i'll sell it to you cheap
