cygnusx1
Sorry couldn't resist..... The largest turbo is probably on a ship somewhere out at sea??
Guest Phailure
KKK has to be making a pretty big turbo to be able to get 900hp out of a 5cyl engine... http://eurotuned.com/rs1/rs1.htm but give me a HKS turbo any day.
Kennysgreen280zt
That Dahlbach golf is insane. I too am guessing the biggest turbo is out on a ship somewhere. I have seen pictures of a guy standing in the inlet of a boat turbo, but I couldnt find them anywhere. later ~Kenny
zolorin
http://www.siemenswestinghouse.com/en/gasturbinesitem/index.cfm Here is one of the biggest turbos you can find supplies enough air to produce 265 MW (or 400,000 HP Trust me there are some that are bigger but still this is in top 10 of the largest compressors you can find. put that in your Z As an insentive I will give my stoker crank to a first person to put that monster in their Z (and yes it has to drive) Have fun [/img]
Guest Zcarsmakemyheadhurt
Biggest performance turbochargers would probably be the Thumper series. I have built a 101mm Thumper its about the highest flows out but who knows there is probalbly a larger combination that can be done. By the way the 101mm is the inducer size to the compressor wheel.
