It is complete with the cam, valves, rockers, etc. I checked it with a straight edge before I bought it, and it looks pretty clean and doesn't look like its been shaved down yet. I was wondering what I should do before I install it? Should I take it to a machine shop and have them go through it? Should I replace anything? Thanks in advance.
