Z_Dust Posted January 18, 2004 Share Posted January 18, 2004 I just picked up a 83 ZXt engine (F54/P90) for $100. It will be going in my 77z. It has everything on it, including the transmission which the owner thought was part of the engine . This engine was kept indoors in a garage and it appears to be in good condition, well, from the outside anyways. And now the swap begins. I will rebuild the engine, get a bigger turbo and a fuel management system and go from there. It will be slow but with some $$ and all the info here I hope to have it done by the end of the year. I dont know about the automatic though.
