naplesZ
I have one bad piston so I think I'm going to replace all of them. If I go ahead and just replace the stock na ones would that keep me from using a supercharger? This will probably never happen but my neighbor has a sc thunderbird just sitting there. I live over seas so a turbo swap isn't possible. Would I want to use the turbo pistons instead. Can you use turbo pistons on a n42 head? Would it be possible to use the sc with just a stock motor running low boost. Would I need a new ecu? Can anyone recommend a good book to read about superchargers? evildky
you did not specify what block you had, some had flat tops and some had dishtop pistons, with an N42 head you prolly have dishtops, I don't know much about S/C's but I'd think you can boost your engine as it is but you could handle more boost with lower compression and a P90 head
