82' 280zx rear disc brakes, fitting on a 73' 240z

It looks like it will fit to me, but i just want to confirm before I start ripping both cars apart. Are they interchangable? Will they fit. I checked for past post, but I kept on getting 240sx rears. Any help will be great.

These will work. I ran a similar set-up (the difference was my use of the turbo calipers instead of the NA calipers) on my street Z. A mounting bracket and some work to get the emergency cable (which was minor) to hook onto the caliper were all that was needed.
