kellhammer Posted April 22, 2004 Share Posted April 22, 2004 Has anyone see this car? He has the best tire/wheel I have seen. Somehow he managed to fit them inside the stock fenders. Guest DatsunFriek Posted April 22, 2004 Share Posted April 22, 2004 Hey I talked to him a few years ago about his car. He had 17X9 in the rear and 17X8.5 (or 17X8) in the front. He uses adjustable coilovers so he can fit that wide wheel back there. One of these days I might sacrifice comfort for some nice adjustables. Savage42 Posted April 22, 2004 Share Posted April 22, 2004 I was recently chatting with the guy who helped build that car for Tod and he talked about how they had to get the wheels just right (down to the millimeter) to get the 255s to fit under the stock sheet metal.
