Guest 305240
I came across this web site while searching for alternative turn signal switches. Has anyone ever tried something like this? I'm in the process of completely rewiring my car. Mainly because I don't have much wiring left. I've already decided to go with the push button starter/ignition system, and manual circuit breakers, along with the LED lights. http://www.watsons-streetworks.com/switches.html scroll down to see the T/S switches
EvilRufusKay
I have never used them but I appreciate the post as I am planning something similar. If I could ask a question, are you using the stock colum or an aftermarket one?
Guest 305240
I'm using the stock column. Without any of the switches, it's nice and clean. I just have to fab a cover of sorts to fill in the space on each side of the column.
EvilRufusKay
Are you using the stock dash and gages? How/where are you using the LED's ?
Guest 305240
I'll be using the stock spedo, but the rest will prolly be autometer. I'll use the small LED for my brights. I'm going to use a two position rocker switch for my bright/dims. I found another site where the push buttons actually light up when they are on. Seeing as my heater control panel is missing and part of my console, I will have to fab the lower center of the dash. and I prolly make a new custom console that will house/hide most of my switches.
