And still be good? Its been sitting for at least 4 years, but is full of oil and turns over easily, it has been in a garage and not exposed to the elements.

Whats your thoughts, the price is right, should I buy?

Vintage car enthusiast have motors sitting for years by pulling the plugs, squirting oil down the bores and turning over by hand every few months.

A motor left without any attention will slowly get surface rust in the bores, if the coolant doesn't have corrosion inhibitors the block rusts and used oil seals will go hard.

But if the price is right to cover the cost of replacing the odd seal and it is not being considered for a long term replacement engine go for it.

If it comes complete with fuel system allow for replacement components here also. Neil
