DaleMX
Does anybody know what wire colors go where in the 2 fusible link boxs? My car came with wires in there and I'd like to get it fixed before I drive it much. Thanks, Dale Edit: Oh yea, it's a 78 280Z
TomoHawk
Do you mean somebody substituted wire for the fusible links? Wire is NOT a fusible link! You're right to put fusible links back in. I just don't remember what goes where & my car is in the shop. I need to write that in my Onwer's Manual.. The MSA book tells you what you need to order. COZY Z COLE
You got to love it when you buy a Z car because just for the hell of it I looked in my 78 280Z FSM and none of your wire colors match the body electrical system diagrams colors. good luck on this!! Here is some tracing work I did last week and posted a little ways down. I'll be doing the conversion to maxifuse tomorrow (I kinda got to cuz the link connections are really bad and drive me crazy!). http://www.circuitflex.com/Fusible_Link2.html Dale
