Sleeper-Z
Hey, I've decided to chagne the way my alternator is mounted. I've fabricated a chassis brace for the alt. bracket but i really don't trust it, although i do have solid motor mounts i rather just have the alternator to the motor. the only problem is my heads don't have any mounting holes and the "low mount" type style won't clear the steering shaft. a "side mount" would be perfect for the drivers side but i can't seem to find any. Thanks, Steven M.
SpeedRacer
Alan Grove has alternator brackets that work with heads that don't have holes in them. He makes something like 37 different brackets for a SBC.
