Fuel Pump & 370cc Upgrade

Just completed 370cc injector and Walbro fuel pump up-grade on my ZXT. There is a little prep work. The Injector have to cut and shaved to fit intake, not for the faint at heart. But it is all worth it be perpare to adjust your AFM, and adjust,adjust, and rasie the Boost and have Fun!!!!!!!!!

Did you shave the injectors or the intake? It would seem easier to shave the aluminum of the intake. Just curious.

You only need to take of the SVO original pintle caps off and then they fit into the intake without any other modification. you can also put nissan/toyota style pintle caps back on (injector works without the pintle caps, but need to be careful not to damage the injector nozzle) which fit into the manifold (same as the pintle caps on the original Z injectors). The only other mod is to shave (dremel) the plastic section of the O ring base on the SVO injectors and then slide a fuel hose over it and clamp it. the whole thing took me half a day. Pretty easy to do.

I'm using NEW aftermarket replacement Injectors without pintle cap and has metal rubber O-ring cap not plastic. so the metal had to be shaved in order to fit intake. no pintle caps needed for this style injector. next project is to intercool her. I'm willing to swap full set of Nissan Factory Injector and Turbo Fuel Pump and 2 Camshafts(used) for used Starion Conquest FMIC Intercooler.
