240zprace Posted August 15, 2004 Share Posted August 15, 2004 he didn't have traction so we did a roll on in 1st at 15mph. he was running 9 psi and i was running 12 psi. good race although victory was mine, beat him about 3 car lenght. before that he did a roll on with a 350z w/ intake & exhaust and beat the z about a car. I'm loving my '91 SE-R as my daily driver right now.... the thing handles and brakes amazingly, probably best handling car I've ever had, yes even though it is FWD. It feels much quicker than it is, due to very short gearing and a way high 7500rpm redline... but I don't think a day has gone by yet where I haven't done a little fantasizing about a DET in there. Well I'll just keep beating on it and if I break something, well... maybe we'll see about a little turbo power in my future I've seen a few relatively stock DET installs that would run mid 13's easy on raised boost and not much else.
