I have an 84 300ZXT 5speed that sees alot of blast down the 1/8th. This car doesent get drove on the street very much(only too the track and back). My B/W tranny has seen better days and with drag racing I feel an auto is a better route. I have a turbo automatic avaliable to me, the question I have is what has to changed. Will the ECU I have work or will I have to get one from an auto, also wiring will it work. The other thing is can I put a performance shifter(B&M, Hurst,ect) on the nissan auto?
