Guest spoolnGNZ
I am deffinatley wanting to throw a rearend in my Z to handle the abuse of hard launches off the transbrake and am thinking of going with a ford 8.8 rearend since they are a dime a dozen and should hold up fairly good at the track. So does anyone have any info or know of anyone who has went about doing a 8.8 or something similar that could help me and pass along some info? thanks. - Ryan

Tim240z
Use key words like "Solid axle" etc. Whether it's a 8.8, 9", or GM flavour, the mounting is gonna be the same. A few guys here have done it..... Search for posts by Mike KZ.
