Metro Posted September 30, 2004 Share Posted September 30, 2004 s30 - 240z - 1970-73 s30 - 260z - 1974 s30 - 280z - 1975-78 s130 - 280zx - 1979-83 A lot of people who are new get the 280z confused with the later model 280zx. The 280z looks a lot like a 240z, but with the big metal bumpers and a few other changes. The 280zx is a later model which is vastly different.
